Harold E. Davis,  83, of Ottawa Lake, MI, died Sunday, January 5, 2014 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg Twp., OH.  Born, April 20, 1930 in Deshler, OH, he was the son of Alphaus F. and Lora D. (Pas) Davis.  A US Army veteran of the Korean War, he married Barbara J. Foreman on October 19, 1963.  Harold retired from the Chrysler Corporation as a Truck Driver in 1987.  He was also a Certified Park Owner of Covered Wagon Camp Resort in Ottawa Lake, Michigan for the past 38 years and was proud owner of multiple other business’s in the Toledo area for several years. Harold was a member of Foundation Stone Church in Petersburg, MI and the V.F.W., Post 9656, Lambertville, MI.

He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara.  Children, Ronnie (Christina) Davis, Juanita (Larry) Jones, Matthew (Teri) Davis, Ann Marie (Nathan) Woolwine and Becky Burkett. Brother, Franklin (Carol) Davis.  Sister, Laura (Earl) Bennett.  15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.  Harold was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Charles and Peter Davis.

Visitation will be from 3-8 pm Friday, January 10, 2014, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be held Saturday, January 11, 2014, at 10:00 am.  Interment will follow at Whiteford Union Cemetery.  www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
